This DVD features the band performing 33 songs at Jimmy's Music Club on July 31, 1981.

26 of the songs are Cold originals including "You," "Three Chord City," "Mesmerized," "Wake Up," "Thanks a Lot," and "Do the Dance." Previously unreleased songs include "Scared of You," "The Warning," and "Two Boys." Also included: upbeat cover versions of "Love Me Do," "Downtown," and "Do You Love Me."

Bonus features include a performance of "I'm on E" videotaped at the University of New Orleans in 1980 and Super 8 home movies of the Cold on road trips to New York and Colorado in 1981 and 1982.
